Dr. Ken Graham serves enterprises in the areas of strategy and leadership development. Strategy formulation and strategy implementation are important parts of this work, with implementation often being 90% of the opportunity for things to go astray.
Ken has assessed and developed leaders for national oil companies and their service providers in the Middle East, West Africa, Asia and North America. His clients in aerospace, medicine, and property development are in North America and Abu Dhabi. His clients include Executive MBA and in-company teaching in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Ken is a regular speaker at conferences and in-company events.
Ken has enjoyed special success with engineers, scientists, physicians, and computer professionals. His extensive experience in other countries and cultures makes him look to variables of national cultures and enterprise cultures to build leader strength. Ken has worked in over 80 countries.
Ken holds a Ph.D. in business strategy from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s with Honours in Business. Ken is a single engine air plane pilot, having flown Alaska and the Yukon.
